Why are you interested in the field of Journalism? (:

My interest for Journalism is behind many reasons; I personally feel that this is my natural calling. I took photography at my high school when I was in the 8^th grade, and my teacher who also taught yearbook suggested I take yearbook the following year. I was the only freshman to take yearbook that year, at which most of my work was included in the yearbook, in which I became very proud of. When I finally realized just how good I was, well what can I say I just fell in love with it. That summer I applied for a summer job at my reservations local newspaper, and when my projects were published I felt nothing but fulfillment. You can assume that after that there was no turning back; I was in it for the long haul. I’m interested in making Journalism my future career because I feel strongly about it, and all that comes with it. There is nothing I love more than capturing that one special moment in my pictures, and describing it with my words.  Nothing else can partly come close to that feeling I have, it’s something that not many words can explain.
